Welcome to Northudankton.
The United People’s Realm of Northudankton is a socialist state governed through direct democracy, with communities in Mississippi and Florida. Founded on 14 October 2016, its capital community is Duikienin.
Community life, working-class values, cultural expression, and the pursuit of self-sufficiency are central to the Realm. This page brings together the basic facts and the places to explore next.

How Northudankton is governed
The People’s Council is the Realm’s central legislative and executive body. Citizens participate directly in its deliberations and decisions. The Third Constitution is the supreme governing document, supported by the Statutory Codex of Laws & Decisions.
People’s Tribunal
The judicial institution, led by the Arbiter of the People, handles disputes and applies the Realm’s legal framework.
Community Guard
Public safety, patrols, and enforcement of Northudankton’s laws within its communities.
Committees and local government
Interior Committee: internal affairs, community maintenance, and safety and stability monitoring.
Institutions Committee: public institutions, including the Library, Museum, news services, and University.
Exterior Committee: foreign relations and external affairs.
Community Councils: community-level participation and administration, with elected Mayors.

The communities of the Realm
Duikienin
The capital community in Mississippi, founded on 17 April 2021. Its five boroughs are North Duikienin, Central Duikienin, Saint Constance Court, East Duikienin Pass, and South Duikienin.

Explore the national mapGeography, climate, and administrative areas
Communities are the base administrative divisions. Greater Communal Areas bring together communities and nearby counties. Observation districts extend beyond these areas for monitoring and external affairs.
The Realm’s communities have a humid subtropical climate, with hot, humid summers and generally mild winters. Local landscapes include trees, gardens, waterways, and habitats shared with wildlife.

A brief history
- Foundation
Jessica Freeman establishes the United Federation of Jonthania, the predecessor of Northudankton.
- The Northudankton name
The nation adopts the name Northudankton.
- Full GUM membership
Northudankton becomes a full member of the Grand Unified Micronational.
- Würtige membership
Northudankton joins the Würtige Empire.
- The People’s Revolution
The monarchy and High Council are dissolved, beginning the transition to direct democracy.
- The Third Constitution
The new constitutional framework is adopted.

INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION
Grand Unified Micronational
Full member since December 2023 · GUM code: NDK
The Grand Unified Micronational (GUM) is an intermicronational organisation founded in 2009 to support communication and cooperation. Its Quorum brings member delegations together for discussion and decisions. Northudankton participates as a full member.
IMPERIAL CONFEDERATION
Würtige Empire
Full member since 2 September 2024
The Würtige Empire is a confederation of member states organised under the Second Würtige Joining Treaty. Its institutions include the Imperial Council and Imperial Executive. Northudankton’s membership connects the Realm with the other member states while its domestic government continues through the People’s Council.

The Würtige Bloc describes a wider network of personal and national relationships associated with the Empire, including cooperation within the GUM. It is not itself the Empire’s formal membership list.

Duikienin’s public tours closed on 7 December 2024 during reorganisation. Do not assume public access is available; contact the government about current arrangements before planning a visit. Esis Beola is restricted to the public.
